Trivia: The Nazi censors omitted a shot from the film for reasons of taste. In the scene in which the characters are so drunk that they see everything double, there originally was a shot of a dog urinating against a wall. This was seen in double also by the drunken characters. This shot was edited out of the final film by order of the Nazi government.
