Trivia: There was supposed to be a unification match between Yoshihiro Tajiri and X-Pac for both the WWF Light Heavyweight Championship and the WCW Cruiserweight Championship, but X-Pac was injured about one week before the pay-per-view, so the match was scrapped. As a result, the WWF Light Heavyweight Championship was retired, while the WCW Cruiserweight Championship was renamed the WWE Cruiserweight Championship.

Goofs: Errors made by characters (possibly deliberate errors by the filmmakers): On commentary, Jim Ross states that Undertaker made his Survivor Series debut in 1990 (which is correct), but then states that Undertaker defeated Hulk Hogan for the WWF title in his Survivor Series debut, which is incorrect. Undertaker defeated Hogan for the WWF title at the 1991 Survivor Series.
